Hello all, I'm not sure what response this will get but here goes. Are there any ex Allstars that would be interested in forming a "get fit" support group. I don't know about you but for me the years have taken their toll. Too many business lunches and faaaaar to little in the way of exercise has left me feeling the worse for wear. I find it really hard to find the motivation these days to get/stay fit. I know we all have children, jobs and lots of other pressures in our lives and its harder than ever to find the time and determination to get back in the gym. I have never felt as motivated to get fit than when I played for the Allstars. If we could get a group together my suggestion would be to find a gym central to us that we could meet at once a week to start off, then more frequently after that. the aim would be to help each other get fit and lose some timber. Any takers? remember we're not getting any younger. Anyway, I'm off for one last pie in the hope that some of you feel the same. By the way, this is not a "vets" thing in the making, just something that could be a positive way of using our past connection.
